Now Recruiting 2026 NYC Barnabas Fellows
Are you a young adult wrestling with how your Christian faith intersects with public service?
The Barnabas Project offers emerging leaders (ages 18 to 25-ish) nine months of training, coaching, service learning, and support.
We seek dynamic, entrepreneurial young adults to catalyze and lead transformational initiatives serving New York City public schools through faith, arts and public service. We provide full scholarships, best practice training, practical theology, and coaching by industry insiders and influencers. Participants will learn and demonstrate how to care for the social and spiritual renewal of their communities through artistic intentional acts of service, and establish relationships for long-term mission impact. Serious candidates only.
The Barnabas Project is a national, faith-based initiative of The Leadership Foundations, facilitated in New York City by Thrive Collective / School Partners USA.
